Procedure for applying for a Denmark visa from Pakistan

Denmark tourist visa from Pakistan Requirements

1. Application form for a short-stay visa completed and signed by the applicant. In the case of minors, the form must be signed by both parents.

2. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant. Please see the photo specifications here

3. Applicants for visas must possess an ordinary passport or other recognized travel document valid for at least three months after expiration date. A minimum of two blank pages should be present in this document. Attach copies of used pages of any previous passport on A4 paper when you bring your previous passport.

4. Photocopy of your national ID card

5. Third-country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents attesting to the legality and permitted duration of their stay here.

6. A photocopy of the NADRA Family Registration Certificate with English translation (or a certified Urdu translation with English translation)

7. For minor children (under 18) traveling with a single parent, written consent of the other parent with photocopy of his CNIC card is required.

8. Letter of authorization from the applicant's company/employer giving the applicant's name, position, salary, tenure with the company, address, and contact details, as well as the reason and duration of his or her visit to the Schengen region. Applicants who are enrolled in school/college/university must provide an original signed letter from their institution.

9. Documentation for personal income:

· A copy of your last six months' bank statements

· Proof of income tax (FBR) for the past two years and National Tax Number (NTN) certificate for the previous two years

· Last three payslips

10. Proof of accommodation (confirmed hotel reservation, rental agreement clearly stating your name, dates of the rental period and accommodation address) covering the entire period of travel. See possible waiver of hotel reservation (only in Denmark)

11. Copy of flight order(s).

12. If the tour is a package tour, attach a detailed itinerary.

13. Original AND copy of travel health insurance of no less than 30,000 Euro. The insurance must cover expenses for medical and hospital admission during the entire period of valid stay in the Schengen area as well as expenses for transport home. In accordance with Schengen agreements in Islamabad, this is a list of the authorized insurance companies in Pakistan. It is possible that additional documents will be required by the Embassy.The applicant must provide copies of any documents that are not required with the passport application.

Denmark Business Visa from Pakistan Requirements

1. Application form for a short-stay visa completed and signed by the applicant.

6. In the original signed letter of the applicant's employer, the details of the applicant's position, salary, length of employment, employer's address and phone number, purpose and duration of the visit are all stated.

8. Supporting documents for the organization's income:

· A six-month bank statement should be provided

· Proof of income tax payments (FBR) for the previous two years and National Tax Number Certificates for the previous two years.

· Certificate of membership in the Chamber of Commerce that is valid for the current year

· Recommendation on business visas from the Chamber of Commerce

9. A letter of invitation from the private or public organization established in Denmark, in the applicant's name and stating travel dates.

10: Evidence of commercial relations with Denmark (paid invoices, proforma invoices, bills of lading, purchase orders)

Be honest while submitting the applications, do not enter wrong information or submit false or forged documents, if the visa has been rejected in the past, enter the correct reason or rejection. The visa rejection rate for Schengen from Pakistan is very high. Provide as many documents as possible to make it easier for the visa advisor that you are going to visit and will return on time.

Your visa application will be easier to obtain if you demonstrate more ties to Pakistan. If you pay tax to FBR in Pakistan, you must file your tax returns for the current year and several previous years, but ensure that the income you mention in your forms matches the income you have shown in your tax returns. If you have a property, estate or land, submit its documents as well.

If you live in someone's house, you must mention how many bedrooms they have in their house, the visa advisers check the accommodation seriously, and if the sponsor does not have enough room or bedrooms to keep you or your family, your visa will be rejected.
